Four families, one quality system

Every family shares the same platform logic: common motors, common controls, common QC gates — so your range scales without re-qualifying suppliers.

R&D & tooling

The motor is ours. So is the margin of error.

Most appliance factories buy motors and hope. We wind our own BLDC and universal motors on campus, cut our own molds, and run thermal, acoustic and 10,000-hour endurance rigs three buildings from the assembly line. When your spec says ±3 °C, that tolerance is measured — not quoted.

  • In-house motor plant — 1.2 M BLDC and universal units per year
  • CNC tooling shop cuts new molds in 25–45 days
  • Thermal, acoustic and drop-test labs with calibrated instruments
  • IQC, IPQC and OQC gates on every line, with AQL 2.5 final inspection

OEM / ODM program

From first inquiry to loaded container

One project engineer owns your program end to end. These are the six gates every order passes — with the clock we commit to at each one.

01

Inquiry & spec review

Send your spec, target market and volume. A costed proposal with platform options returns within 48 hours.

02

Sampling

Engineering samples in 7–15 days. Sample fees are credited back against your first production order.

03

Tooling & pilot run

Molds cut in-house in 25–45 days, then a 100-unit pilot run validates fit, finish and cycle time before sign-off.

04

Mass production

30–35 days for standard volumes across 14 lines, with weekly photo and video progress reports.

05

Quality control

IQC on inbound material, IPQC at line stations, OQC to AQL 2.5 — plus third-party inspection on request.

06

Shipping & documents

FOB Shenzhen or Ningbo, FCL or consolidated. Full export documentation and certificates travel with the goods.

Compliance

Certified for every port of entry

Standard platforms ship pre-certified for the EU, UK, North America and the Gulf. Custom SKUs enter our certification pipeline during tooling, so approvals never gate your launch date.

GS

RoHS

ISO 9001

Quality management

Type-test reports are issued by accredited third-party laboratories. A complete documentation pack — certificates, test reports and declarations — ships with every order.

Showroom & trade fairs

See the range running, not rendered

Our 2,800 m² showroom in Foshan stages every current platform live and plugged in — ovens baking, washers spinning, dehumidifiers pulling. Book a visit around your sourcing trip, or find our booth on the fair calendar.

Buyer references

What sourcing teams tell their boards

“We moved our entire kettle and toaster program to Kelvin in 2022. Field failures dropped from 1.8% to 0.3%, and their spare-parts desk answers faster than our own warehouse.”

Malik Osei — Category Director, Brightline Retail Group (UK)

“The in-house motor plant was the deciding factor. When we asked for a quieter dehumidifier, they re-wound the stator and had a 36 dB(A) sample on my desk in twelve days.”

Ingrid Sørensen — Head of Sourcing, NordHem AS (Norway)

Export FAQ

The questions every first call starts with

What is your minimum order quantity?

500 units per SKU on standard platforms and finishes; 1,000 units for custom colorways or tooling changes. Mixed-SKU containers are welcome once a program is running.

How much do samples cost, and how fast do they ship?

Standard-platform samples ship in 7–15 days at unit cost plus courier. Custom engineering samples are quoted per spec. All sample fees are credited against your first production order.

What are your production lead times?

30–35 days after deposit and sample approval for standard volumes. New tooling adds 25–45 days. Peak-season slots (August–October) should be booked eight weeks ahead.

Which payment terms do you accept?

T/T with 30% deposit and 70% against copy of bill of lading. Irrevocable L/C at sight is accepted for orders above $80,000. Established programs can discuss OA terms with credit insurance.

Which shipping terms do you quote?

FOB Shenzhen or Ningbo as standard; CIF and DDP on request through our freight partners. A 40′ HC holds roughly 1,150 kettles, 320 dehumidifiers or 116 washers, depending on carton spec.

What warranty do you offer, and how are defects handled?

24 months standard, up to 5 years on BLDC motors. Confirmed defects above the agreed AQL are compensated in parts, replacement units or credit — your choice — after joint root-cause review.
